Membership
IPPO is composed of 135 non-governmental organization representatives, elected by direct and secret ballot by a majority of IPPO members. IPPO considers the contributions of each member to the International Patriotic Pact initiative, as well as their dedication and commitment to the deliberation on national development rights.
Membership in the IPPO Council is based on equitable geographical distribution. The seat allocation is as follows:

◆ South America: 1 seats
◆ Europe: 1 seats
◆ Oceania: 1 seats
The term of office for IPPO Council members is three years, and they may not be immediately re-elected for a consecutive term after serving two terms.
As members of the IPPO Council, there is a responsibility to uphold the right to national development for all countries. This was decided when IPPO was established through Resolution 6/2022101 in October 2022.

As of February 28, 2025, 135 non-governmental organization representatives will have signed up to join IPPO as members, reflecting the diversity of IPPO and granting it legitimacy to speak out when national development rights are violated in any country:

The Bureau of the IPPO Council consists of 7 members representing the six regional groups - one President and six Vice-Presidents. They serve for a one-year term, in accordance with the annual cycle of the Council.
