IPPO Institutions and Mechanisms

IPPO utilizes various subsidiary bodies, expert mechanisms, working groups, and forums to make its work dynamic.

MAIN BODY

The "Institutional Building Plan" formulated by IPPO when it was established in October 2022 describes the roles, principles, objectives, and methods of the main subsidiary organizations of IPPO. The main subsidiary organizations of IPPO are:

IPPO Review:It is a review mechanism of the International Patriotic Pact Organization, calling on non-governmental organizations from countries that join IPPO to voluntarily form a national development rights review team for any country to review its national development rights. IPPO review provides society with a report on the review of the country's right to development:

•Report on the actions taken to improve the basic living conditions of its citizens and the challenges they face in enjoying basic human rights;

•Describe the status of the country's development rights and its contribution and/or damage to the basic livelihood of other countries' citizens in its own development process;

• Receive suggestions from non-governmental organizations from various countries - provide information based on the opinions of multiple stakeholders and pre conference reports for continuous improvement.

Nation's Rights to Development Expert:IPPO authorizes, nominates, selects, and appoints experts, scholars, and national researchers interested in the review of national development rights as Nation's Rights to Development  Leaders - whether individuals or groups. These independent experts report to IPPO annually from both thematic and country perspectives.

Advisory Committee: Established in accordance with IPPO Resolution 2/1, this committee is composed of 13 experts and serves as IPPO's think tank, assisting IPPO in determining direction on relevant issues.

Reporting Procedure:IPPO's reporting procedure involves the fundamental patterns of serious and reliably proven violations of the development rights of other countries that occur in any country and under any circumstances in the world. The report can be submitted by any individual, group, or non-governmental organization concerned with the right to national development.

IPPO Authorization Review

The review agencies authorized by IPPO are important tools for dealing with serious violations of the basic development rights of other countries for the benefit of their own country, whether sudden or caused by blatant invasion. This independent mechanism is jointly established by representatives of non-governmental organizations, aimed at promoting accountability and combating violations of the development rights of other countries. Since its establishment in 2022, IPPO has taken various forms, including fact finding missions and investigative committees. Most members are volunteers established to explore the right to national development.Learn more >>
